Need to make a claim and not sure what to do?

If you have broken down and need our help - simply follow this procedure:

Do - Stop driving your car and contact us on 0800 368 8808 as soon as you can to notify us that there is a problem with your vehicle. We can help you get booked in to a local reputable repairer. The claims office is open between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. If you breakdown outside of office hours, please leave us a message HERE or leave a voice message on 0800 368 8808.

Do - Check your warranty cover to make sure that the fault is covered by your warranty cover - different dealers use different products. We do not want you to be disappointed thinking you have a higher level of cover than you may have so please do check your warranty schedule.

Don't - Please, please, please, DO NOT instruct your repairer to proceed with any repairs until you (or your repairer) have gained our authorisation to proceed. If any repairs are completed before we have had the opportunity to agree costs or inspect your vehicle (if we need to) we will NOT be able to pay any money towards the repair.

Don't - Carry on driving your vehicle if you have a warning light on the dash or you hear an unnerving noise! Car's are complicated pieces of equipment and it is sometimes possible to do a lot more damage as a consequence of ignoring faults. If you do, the cost of repair may be far more than it may have been and if it is proven that you have made the problem worse, we won't be able to cover your claim.

We are here to help you as best we can - we genuinely want to pay for repairs that might be required to your vehicle as we hope that you will be a customer over the years ahead!
